AS49008. Our own network. No excuses.
Few companies our size operate their own BGP network — and very few have since 2009. This page exists for the technical reader who knows what that means.
When your provider owns its network, you own your destiny.
Our own autonomous system (AS49008), registered at RIPE with a full /23 IPv4 block, means our traffic doesn't depend on a reseller's decisions: we route with BGP — the protocol the networks that make up the internet use to exchange routes with each other — we choose our own transits and we answer for our connectivity end to end.
It's the difference between renting infrastructure and operating it. Our cloud clients live on the latter.

- Microsoft Hyper-V (SPLA licensing) with continuous replication to a dedicated recovery host — an RPO of 5 minutes (the maximum data loss in the event of a failure)
- Internal network
- Cisco ACI fabric with Nexus leaf switches and redundant 10 GbE — verified throughput of 9.2 Gbps sustained between hosts; each server connects to several independent switches
- Power
- Dual power supplies in every server, on independent A/B feeds that the data centre backs with dual UPS and diesel generators
- Data protection
- Hornetsecurity VM Backup with application consistency + backups disconnected from the network
- Disaster recovery
- Off-site copies to the Amsterdam data centre and to a second location in Catalonia, undisclosed for security

- Continuous supervision of hardware, network and services, with external availability monitoring

Verifiable, point by point.
AS49008 and our addressing are public records at RIPE: any engineer can check them. And the connectivity is measured: 4 ms median latency, measured continuously by our RIPE Atlas probe — verifiable live — with 99.96% uptime. The probe contributes to the public measurement of the internet: the quality of our connectivity is certified by third-party data, not by our sales department. The definitive test was not a drill: during the blackout of 28 April 2025, our servers in Barcelona kept running and remained reachable from the outside.
The ENS High certification — the top level of Spain's national security framework, with all five dimensions (confidentiality, integrity, traceability, authenticity and availability) at the high category — belongs to the Econocom Nexica data centre where the infrastructure resides. Even internal performance is measured: every component has its documented baseline. We would rather our credentials could be audited than sound good.
