From analysis to ongoing governance.

A framework proven since 2003: an initial no-obligation audit, tailored design, coordinated implementation and ongoing governance of the platform. With one advantage the big firms cannot offer: the consultant who defines your strategy is the engineer who executes it.

THE PLATFORM EVOLVES: THE CYCLE NEVER CLOSES The same team across all four phases — and the fourth feeds back into the second: to govern is to keep designing.
01

Audit

We analyse your current infrastructure: servers, network, security, backups, licences and single points of failure. We talk to the people who use it every day.

What you get A clear report on its state, prioritised risks and opportunities for improvement. Free of charge, no obligation.

02

Design

We design a tailored solution based on what the audit has revealed. No templates: every business has different processes, budget and priorities.

What you get A firm technical and financial proposal, with architecture, deadlines and owners defined.

03

Implementation

We deploy, configure, migrate and test. We coordinate every service interruption with you to minimise the impact on your activity.

What you get Infrastructure in production, documented and verified. The same team that designed it.

04

Governance

We govern the platform on an ongoing basis: updates, verified backups, incident management and evolution of the infrastructure as your business grows.

What you get A single point of contact who doesn't have to study your infrastructure: they set it up themselves. Continuity, verified.

Changing provider without interruptions.

Changing provider doesn't mean stopping your business. When we inherit an infrastructure already up and running, the transition follows the same method as everything else: analyse before touching, coordinate every interruption with you, and verify that the new environment responds before switching off the old one.

Audit of the current environment

We draw up the real map of what's there: servers, services, dependencies, access and backups. Nothing is migrated until it's understood — including whatever the outgoing provider left undocumented.

Transition plan

We define the order of the migration, the windows for each interruption and the rollback procedure. You know what moves, when, and how to roll back in any scenario.

Migration with coordinated interruptions

We move services in phases and agree each window with you so it falls when it affects your activity the least. The old environment stays up until the new one replaces it.

Verification and handover

We check that every service works before closing off the phase. Once the platform is stable, it enters ongoing governance: the same team that migrated it is the team that looks after it.

House rules that are not negotiable.

Empirical verification

Everything is measured before it is signed off. Performance changes are validated with real data and 24-hour observation windows.

Backup before every change

Every intervention in production comes with a prior backup and a documented rollback procedure.

Analyse before touching

Full diagnosis first. Stable production comes before novelty: what works is respected, and only changed for a clear reason.

Total transparency

Including during incidents: we communicate the real scope, without playing it down or dramatising it. Trust is built on the bad days.

Disciplined documentation

Every intervention on record: what was done, when, and how to revert it. Dated baselines, not fragile memory.

Operational simplicity

We reject complexity that adds no measurable value. Robust, maintainable architectures over exotic optimisations.
