Most cloud providers resell third-party infrastructure. We operate our own servers in the Econocom Nexica data centre in Barcelona — a centre certified ENS High, the highest level of the ENS, Spain's national security framework. They are connected to the internet through our own BGP network (AS49008) with our own /23 IPv4 addressing. A network with its own identity on the internet and IP addresses registered in our name, not rented from a provider.
That means that when something matters, we don't open a ticket with a third party: we fix it ourselves, on Dell hardware we know because we chose it, built it and maintain it. Hardware you normally only see in hyperscale clouds — with the service of a local provider and a competitive cost against generic cloud, with backup, disaster recovery (DR) and monitoring included.
